Located on the lower level of the library, the room capacity is 125 people and is ADA compliant. No overnight functions are allowed. Rental charge is $40 per day with an additional $40 clean-up deposit, refundable if cleaning is completed as described per the rental agreement. No standing reservations allowed. Renter must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for setting up, taking down, and cleaning. Reservations are tentative until an agreement is completed and signed and payment plus deposit is received.
Our calendar is below, as is the rental agreement. You may call the library to request tentative dates, then, please come to the front desk during working hours to complete paperwork and make payment.
